Craftsmen from the OMI studio made awards for FC Shakhtar coaches One of the main events of this fall for all football fans was the Champions League match between Shakhtar and Real Madrid in Lviv. On the eve of the match, the masters of the OMI studio received an order to produce 16 individual commemorative figurines in the form of the top part of a football uniform to encourage the coaching staff of FC Shakhtar. “Using artistic painting and logos of rival football teams, we tied these awards to a specific event and to specific people. 16 ceramic figurines were made, according to the number of recipients. Each one is made in a single copy,” commented Masha Kirilenko, master of the OMI studio.
When making the figurines, clay was used with the addition of minerals to give the material the necessary properties. Special firing technology and enamel application allows us to claim that the products will have their original appearance for many decades. Hand-made artistic painting makes each figurine individual, which gives it even greater value.
According to the leaders of the football club, the OMI studio and this type of reward were not chosen by chance: “Nowadays, the importance of employees is increasingly expressed by cash bonuses. But in this way you can only express the degree of gratitude for your work.
And to really show the importance of a person for the team, something else is needed - some kind of individual sign of attention, which he can be proud of himself and his descendants will be proud of. From the first minutes, the masters of the OMI studio appreciated the importance of the order for us and put not only their skill, but also their soul into the work.” |
