Studio "OMI" produces exclusive gift figurines for significant dates

The masters of the OMI studio produce custom figurines. One of the latest works was the figurine “Dancing Couple”. A man approached the workshop with a request to make a figurine - an exact copy of a photograph depicting his parents dancing at one of the important moments of their lives.

“So he decided to congratulate his parents on their 50th anniversary of marriage. The touching story inspired the craftsmen; we completed the entire amount of work in 12 days, making it in time for the celebration date. For comparison: in normal mode, the production time for a figurine of this type is 3-4 weeks,” said art director of the OMI studio Bogdan Kazachenko.

Based on the photographs provided, the masters of the OMI studio developed a composition in which the portrait resemblance of the couple was preserved. Molded polyurethane was used to make the figurine. After that, primer and a coating imitating bronze were applied to the base.

The “Dancing Couple” is mounted on a marble stand, which is decorated with a metal nameplate with the engraving “Life and Eternity.”

As ​​the customer noted, the gift had an effect even greater than he expected.
