Cooperation of the OMI studio with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine

In August 2015, the masters of the OMI studio implemented a project of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine: based on the provided sketches, a three-dimensional model of a standard residential complex was created. “The customer gave us deadlines that are practically unrealistic to complete such a volume of work. According to the norms, a mock-up of such a sample is completed in 1 – 1.5 months, but we were allotted 2 weeks.

Having taken on the work, we had no right to let the customer down, especially since the President of Ukraine accepted the layout. Therefore, we associate this project with sleepless nights,” said Evgeniy Gritsenko, master of the OMI studio.

The created layout is completely handmade. From various types of plastic, boxes of 9-story houses with balconies, windows, doors, solar collectors, decorative elements, green spaces, people, cars were created. All this is installed on a wooden stand, lighting is supplied to the houses.

According to the customer, the project has been approved and in the future the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to implement the construction of this residential complex throughout Ukraine.
