The masters of the "OMI" studio created and installed a bronze memorial plaque for the first Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Vasylishyn, in Truskavets

We are proud to announce that the masters of the "OMI" studio have completed the creation and installation of a memorial plaque in honor of the distinguished Ukrainian statesman – Andriy Vasylishyn, the first Minister of Internal Affairs of independent Ukraine, in the city of Truskavets. This plaque is not only a monument to history but also a symbol of respect and gratitude for Vasylishyn’s contribution to the development of Ukraine.

Andriy Vasylishyn, a general of internal affairs in Ukraine, was not only one of the founders of the law enforcement system of independent Ukraine but also a person whose name is associated with significant reforms and constructive projects. He left an indelible mark on the history of the country, particularly through the creation and development of the National Bureau of Interpol in Ukraine, the International Relations Service, and other key institutions. Under his leadership, new educational institutions were built, and the National Chernobyl Museum was founded, which is rightfully considered one of the most important cultural and educational centers.

In addition, one of Andriy Vasylishyn’s landmark achievements was the construction and opening of the "Perlyna Prykarpattya" sanatorium in Truskavets in 1993. This facility became an important part of the region’s infrastructure and serves as an example of successful collaboration between state governance and the development of the resort industry.

The monument and memorial plaque installed in Truskavets are a tribute to his significant contribution to the development of the Ukrainian state, its law enforcement agencies, and social infrastructure.
