The basis for the existence and successful development of any company is the available workforce and investments in human resources. Therefore, the management of the OMI studio sees one of the areas contributing to the development of the company in organizing joint recreation for the team. As a rule, during informal communication there is a more effective discussion of the direction of the company’s movement and an exchange of experience. So, in the first half of June, another joint vacation brought together specialists from the Association of Masters of Arts of Ukraine at one of the recreation centers in the Petrikovsky district of the Dnepropetrovsk region. Also present at the meeting were craftsmen representing the interests of the association in China.
“We wanted to combine work moments with outdoor recreation, which undoubtedly brought the employees of the OMI studio closer together. With a large team, which was represented by several regions of our country, we discussed plans for the personal growth of masters, promising studio projects in various parts of Ukraine, and exchanged experience of regional specifics of orders,” said Igor Ascheulov, art director of the OMI studio.
The masters shared their impressions, emphasizing that they consider fishing organized by the management of the OMI studio and joint cooking of aromatic dishes over a fire to be the most fruitful and useful for the work and further interaction of regions with each other.< /p>
