Royok Vladimir Nikolaevich

Born on January 7, 1965 in the Bobrovitsky district of the Chernigov region. My love for art manifested itself in early childhood: it attracted me and led me along. I tried to understand the world of colors, feel all the subtleties of what surrounds me and create like an artist. Life gave me good teachers at an academic art school, who were good godfathers and companions in my creative life as an artist-sculptor.

My works have been demonstrated at exhibitions in Ukraine and international venues. A large number of my works are exhibited in private collections and galleries in Kyiv such as “Spaskaya12”, “Masterpiece”, “Lada Plus!” etc.

I carry out various types of orders, both from individuals and for the government of Ukraine. Many works are connected with the history of Ukraine, in particular with the history of the Cossacks of Ukraine. I restored monuments of small and large forms, churches, temples, iconostases and sculptures.

I create highly artistic original works in sculpture. Masterfully mastering various classical and modern styles, I use them in working on original handmade furniture according to my own sketches and sketches of the customer. I am fully proficient in both volumetric and flat-relief carving techniques. I offer non-standard solutions to implement customer ideas.

My main preference is the execution of complex exclusive original works that allow us to embody the energy in wood.

I have a huge amount of experience and knowledge, which allows me to offer, recommend and advise, suggesting which types of wood are most suitable for home or outdoor use. And most importantly, I understand the nature of wood and am sensitive to its processing.

My calling is to create and create, conveying and displaying the depth of the facets of the creative idea. By putting all of myself as a creator and craftsman into my work, I give my works the opportunity to live independently for centuries. I realize that we are all guests at this celebration of life, and art and culture are part of the history of our world, which will reflect the history of humanity, promoting goodness and wisdom in our world.
