Production of art objects to order for Mariupol Park.

Last year 2021 turned out to be quite productive for the OMI Studio. Our team has managed to implement a large number of non-standard and unique projects. We want to tell you about one of these in this article.

You may have heard the belief about the “Chicken God” amulet. It is a small stone with a natural hole in the middle. According to legend, the person who finds such a stone will be protected by higher powers. Art objects on this topic were created in the OMI studio specifically for the Gurov Jubilee Park in the city of Mariupol.

Seven unique sculptures are made in the image of the Chicken God stone.
The authors of the products were a team of sculptors from the OMI studio, headed by Bogdan Kazachenko, who took 4 months to implement this large project (development of sketches, approval, production of products and their installation on site).

The products are made of fiberglass and installed on a granite base. The height of the figures is from 1.8 to 2.2 meters, weight from 50 to 80 kilograms - which once again proves the advantages of using polymer fiberglass. Despite its lightness, this material is durable and resistant to environmental influences.
